Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Additional non‑returnable items include:

  • Downloadable products
  • Selected health & personal care items

  • Items with visible signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, vinyl, software, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Returns requested after the 30‑day window
