At 420 Club, we want your experience to be smooth from start to finish. If something isnât right, weâre here to help.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.After 30 days, weâre unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
NonâReturnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable goods
Additional nonâreturnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Selected health & personal care items

Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items with visible signs of use
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, vinyl, software, etc.)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
